Youruguay - Photo Production in Uruguay

Being located in Uruguay makes us an excellent option when offering production services.

From a technical standpoint, it means working with the same professionalism we apply to our still photography productions—with the best technicians in this part of the Río de la Plata region and the best suppliers—but in this case, working as a team with other studios or photographers.

From a geographical standpoint, it means working in a country that has become one of the most attractive centers for international production, for several reasons: Uruguay stands out for its diverse locations (ocean coasts, grasslands, colonial cities, small towns, and a remarkable architectural heritage) all within a very short distance. It also boasts a heterogeneous talent pool, ranging from those with traditional European features to descendants of Afro-Uruguayans and immigrants from the East.

From an economic standpoint, foreign production companies and photographers who choose to invest in Uruguay can access significant tax breaks, thanks to government policies promoting the audiovisual industry. These incentives create a significant budgetary advantage compared to other countries that don't offer such benefits. For these and other reasons, producing in Uruguay is easy, smooth, safe, and affordable; and doing it with YOURUGUAY means adding a philosophy that is as simple as it is important: to work hard and do things right.

Locations

One of Uruguay's major differentiators within the region, and also compared to other production centers, is the diversity of locations within a very short distance. In just a few kilometers, you can find ocean beaches, mountains, fishing villages, forests, colonial towns, countryside, and also cities with immense architectural richness.

Casting

The diversity of talent is also a differentiating factor when producing in our country. From the most traditional and characteristic European features, to descendants of Afro-Uruguayans who have shaped the country's culture and customs, to immigrants from Asia and various parts of the world; characteristic movements today, framed within a global and cosmopolitan culture and economy.

Equipment

We work with the best suppliers in the region for technical equipment, who supply the market with lighting, rigging, structures, trucks, and everything necessary for any type of production.
